Since 1992 Dave and Jean Ohlerking have joyfully followed the Holy Spirit's calling to help feed children around the world suffering from hunger. Their mission has grown in both depth and reach. 

From June 2 - 8, 2025, we at refresh church are joining them in bringing hope, inspiring dreams, and transforming lives.   We are going to Belize to join in the transformation that happens through the power of Friendship and caring for others. The Children's Cup ministry's Friendship model encourages individuals like us to partner with a community of children at one of their CarePoints, walking alongside them on the unique journey God has planned. 

As we did last year, we will go in the loving name of Jesus to build friendships that open the door for kids to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually—and ultimately, to change their world with the gospel and goodness of Jesus. 

With Caribbean Sea to the east and jungle to the west, Belize is known for its breathtaking barrier reef, Mayan ruins, and lagoons. But that’s not the only thing that makes it so special. The people are the real jewels of this land. They place a high value on friendliness – and we’re sure you’re gonna fit right in!
